The payment is usually made just before leaving, either electronically at the automatic payment machine or in cash in CZK. After payment, there are 10 minutes available to exit the facility.
If there is a need for repeated entries and exits during the stay, payment in cash in CZK can be made to the operator when arranging the desired service.
Yes, you have a guaranteed spot, and all necessary information will be provided along with the Reservation Confirmation.
Yes. Park at any time, then stop by the operator between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. with your entry ticket and pay in cash in CZK to activate the desired service. Please have your parking ticket with you, and after completing a contactless payment or paying in cash in CZK, the service will be activated shortly.
No. The payment is made either at the automatic machine when leaving or to the operator upon arrival if there is a request for repeated entry and exit during the stay.
It is located closest to the historical and spa center, on the border of the Inner Spa Area, about 3 minutes from the Hot Spring. Cable car can be used, which is about 20 meters from the facility. Navigation link.
Entry into the Inner Spa Area is prohibited, with the exception of a one-time entry on the day of arrival and departure to and from the accommodation facility for unloading and loading of luggage. If the accommodation facility does not have its own parking, parking in the Inner Spa Area is not possible.
Yes. Free toilets are available for operational reasons every day from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
